However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange your purchase. This return policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning laser beauty equipment and accessories to ADSS. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
We want you as our customer to be 100% satisfied. ADSS guarantees you a 30-day return window to evaluate your purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your laser beauty equipment or part(s) to request a return.
Only laser beauty equipment and accessories purchased directly from ADSS are eligible for return. If you purchased our products through an authorized distributor or reseller, please contact them directly for their return policies and procedures.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, or promotional items that came with the product.
To return any product, you must email or call our customer service team prior to shipping for approval.
Any laser beauty equipment and accessories returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving should meet the following criteria:
1.There are workmanship and manufacturing defects in the laser beauty equipment and accessories.
2.Laser beauty equipment or part(s) damaged by the carrier or an error on our part.
3.Received laser beauty equipment or part(s) with incorrect style, size, or color.
4.Unused laser beauty equipment or parts that haven't met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.
The following items are non-returnable:
1.No refund will be granted for the laser beauty equipment and accessories that have been damaged by the customer or tampered with in any way that jeopardizes ADSS's ability to remarket or resell the item.
2.Consumable or disposable items, such as treatment tips, filters, and other similar items, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
3.Customized or personalized laser beauty equipment, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
To ensure a smooth return process, please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.
Once we receive the returned laser beauty equipment and accessories, our customer service team will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a refund.
If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned laser beauty equipment and accessories.
The refunds will be issued using the original payment method. After receiving your returns, the refunds will be transferred to your account if there is no any damage to the product.
If you paid via Paypal, the refund will be credited within 2 hours. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
In the event of receipt of an incorrect laser beauty equipment or part, damage by the carrier, defects in workmanship and manufacturing, or an error on our part, ADSS is responsible for the return shipping costs, at no cost to the customer.
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the actual shipping costs associated with returning in cases where a customer purchased a wrong laser beauty equipment or part, it didn't fit, or they no longer want the item.
