This IPL laser is 100% working, so happy. I bought this specially because it does have the fastest flash. I tried several other ones that are definitely slower than this one. This is a great advantage because I am doing my whole body. I'm tired, fed up with bikini lines and ingrown hair under my arms. There is almost no hair growth there or anywhere else, and I am undergoing treatment 4. It hasn't completely disappeared, but I only need to shave on the day I do the laser, which is once a week. If the power cord is tapped in the right way, it will fall off easily, but for quick flash and effect, I will weigh it! Glad I finally invested in this IPL laser!
