ADSS Group Holds Mid-Year Review and 18th Anniversary Team Building Trip at Yesanpo Baili Canyon
To strengthen organizational cohesion and enhance cross-team collaboration, ADSS Group conducted a three-day team building trip at Yesanpo Baili Canyon. Set within a dynamic natural environment, the program combined strategic review, experiential challenges, and team interaction—providing both reflection and renewed momentum for the organization.
Day 1 | Mid-Year Review & Anniversary Celebration
The program began with a mid-year summary meeting, where teams reviewed key achievements, challenges, and strategic priorities. The session also marked the 18th anniversary of ADSS Group, aligning collective reflection with future development goals.
In the evening, team members gathered for a campfire celebration featuring music, games, and shared moments. The relaxed atmosphere encouraged open interaction and strengthened connections across departments.
Day 2 | Hiking & Team Collaboration Activities
Participants took part in a mountain hiking challenge, testing endurance and teamwork while symbolizing the collective strength required to reach higher goals together.
This was followed by a series of team building activities designed to enhance communication, problem-solving, and coordination. Through practical challenges, teams gained deeper insights into collaboration and trust.
Day 3 | Rafting Experience & Conclusion
On the final day, an exciting rafting activity highlighted the importance of alignment and cooperation in dynamic conditions. Working together to navigate the rapids reinforced shared responsibility and team confidence.
As the program concluded, participants departed with strengthened relationships, lasting memories, and a renewed sense of unity.
This three-day team building trip was more than an outdoor adventure—it was a vivid reflection of the ADSS team spirit: unity, collaboration, mutual growth, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence. Through shared experiences and collective challenges, the ADSS team emerged more connected, motivated, and aligned toward a stronger future.
