ADSS Upgrades Manufacturing, Automation, and In-House Testing Capabilities to Strengthen Product Reliability

To support the development of high-precision medical aesthetic devices, ADSS has continuously upgraded its manufacturing and validation infrastructure, building a comprehensive in-house capability covering clean manufacturing, mechanical processing, automated production, and safety testing.

In 2018, ADSS commissioned three Class 1000 ultra-clean workshops with a total area of approximately 2,000 square meters, specifically designed for the R&D and manufacturing of laser systems and optical components. These controlled environments significantly enhance product consistency and long-term operational stability.

To strengthen safety validation and development efficiency, ADSS established independent EMC and LVD testing laboratories in 2020. By integrating electromagnetic compatibility and electrical safety testing into the internal R&D process, the company enables earlier risk identification and faster system optimization.

Further investments in advanced CNC machining centers from the United States and Japan, as well as fully automated sheet metal manufacturing systems from Germany, have reinforced ADSS’s precision manufacturing and automation capabilities. Together, these upgrades support scalable production, structural consistency, and long-term product reliability.
